Board member since: 24 May 2022

RWatt.jpgRoss is a solution-focused property professional, with significant experience primarily in facilitating repairs within multi-ownership residential properties. Over his career he has taken particular interest in promoting good maintenance principles with the tenement stock of Aberdeen and has been involved in focus groups with the Scottish Government on this subject.

He holds accreditations from both the Institute of Residential Property Management and Propertymark, making him dual qualified in property factoring and residential leasing.
