TLC will be fitting over 400 kitchens and bathrooms this year, in the areas indicated in the tables below.

My area is on the list, what happens next?

Please note that this programme is subject to change and does not necessarily cover all of the properties in a street.

If your kitchen or bathroom is being upgraded, then a surveyor will arrange an appointment with you directly. The layout is then planned with your input to give you as many choices as possible.

If your property is also selected for a separate asbestos survey before the work can start, please do not be concerned. These safety checks are a precaution in older properties and do not necessarily mean that your home contains asbestos.

Once the kitchen or bathroom plan is finalised and your choices are confirmed, TLC will contact you directly to arrange suitable installation dates.
