To report ROUTINE repairs only please use the form below or contact the office within working hours (9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday; 9am-4pm Friday. 11:30am opening on Wednesdays for staff training):

Response times

We aim to provide a responsive repairs service.  Our response times and examples of how we categorise our repairs are explained below:- 

Emergency repairs: 3 hours
Examples are fire, flood, gas leak, break-in

Essential repairs: 2 days
Examples are water leaks, blockages, no heating, no hot water, faulty locks, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs

Routine repairs: 15 working days
Examples are internal joinery works, plasterwork, building work, roof repairs, external repairs

Tenant satisfaction

You will receive a Works Order within 3 working days of reporting a repair.  Your feedback on how we have dealt with the repair is important to us.  Following completion of the repair, please answer the questions on the form, adding any relevant comments and return it to us as soon as possible.
