Lorraine Duncan

"I thrive in the fast paced environment here."

Gaining her professional Accountancy qualification through a traineeship with Grampian has kept Lorraine very busy.  Part of her job as an Accountant is to monitor the Association's budgets to ensure sustainability and continued growth.  Lorraine particularly enjoys the "feel-good" factor she gets from working for an organisation that is committed to improving people's lives.

Sanjay Sabharwal

"Staff here are driven to continually improve."

As a Business Analyst, Sanjay delivers business intelligence solutions using a range of technolgies to improve our business.  He also takes the lead in developing countless automated solutions for our new Housing Management System in order to deliver a high quality and efficient service to our customers.  This means working closely with staff across every department as well as external stakeholders.

Carol Reid

"Grampian has helped me grow professionally."

Recently promoted to Housing Manager, Carol's role is varied and challenging.  It has included supporting staff through recent changes in the way they work and overseeing implementation of the Association's move to choice based lettings.  Carol has completed her Level 5 Diploma in Housing through the Chartered Institute of Housing which was funded by Grampian.

Depending on the post, the interview process could take different forms and may include a practical assessment, presentation, psychometric test or a second interview.
