Payments

If you need to make a payment and are able to make it online with your Allpay card please visit www.allpayments.net/allpayments/. Alternatively please call us on 01224 202900 and a Customer Service Advisor will take your payment. 

There are various ways you can pay your rent and other charges to Grampian depending on your preferences. 

Please note that we no longer accept any cash payments in our offices, however you may still pay by cash using Allpay, as below.    

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a quick and hassle-free way to make payments direct from your bank account. Simply complete this form, return it to us and we will set this up with your bank.

For Direct Debits, we will automatically update the bank of your new charges following the rent review on 1st April each year.

If you wish to amend the amount for a current Direct Debit, please contact your Neighbourhood Officer.  

Standing Order

Standing Orders are another easy way to make payments from your bank account, however you must set up and request any amendments directly with your bank. 

Simply complete this form and take it to your bank so they can set this up.
You must include your tenancy sequence number so we can match up the payment. 
 

Online Banking

If you have online banking and would like to make a BACS payment to Grampian then please see the Standing Order form for our bank details.

Allpay

Register for an Allpay card to take advantage of a range of convenient payment options:

  • Callpay - phone our office on 01224 202900 to make a secure and easy payment using a debit or credit card. 
  • Telephone (Allpay direct) – Phone Allpay’s secure payment line 0844 557 8321 to pay by debit or credit card. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with automatic online authorisation.

  • PayPoint -  pay at your local Post Office or any shop or outlet displaying the “Paypoint” logo.  For further details visit consumer.paypoint.com/.  Payments by debit /credit card, cheque or cash can be accepted.
  • Online - To make a payment online visit www.allpayments.net/allpayments/

  • Allpay App - Customers with Apple or Android smartphones can make payments using the allpay App, a secure mobile application available to download free of charge from the Apple App Store and Google Play. There is a brief registration process. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  For further information visit www.allpay.net/allpay-payment-app.


    Order a new Allpay card / replacement card

    To order your Allpay card please email financerents@grampianhousing.co.uk with the following details:

    • your full name (include title - Mr/Mrs/Miss etc);

    • your address;
    • address of the property where the card should be sent (if different from your address);
    • let us know if you are requesting a new card or replacement one.

Having difficulty paying your rent?

If you are having difficulty paying your rent or are in rent arrears, please speak to your Neighbourhood Officer for advice and support as soon as possible. We want to help you before small issues escalate into larger burdens for you. Where required, we can agree payment arrangements or make a referral to specialised staff who can help you manage your money or make housing benefit / Universal Credit claims.
