ASSIST is an independent, impartial and confidential housing support service for tenants of Grampian Housing Association.

Since 2005 ASSIST (housing support project) has worked with tenants across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray to deal with any issues that may be causing concern and making it difficult to manage and keep their tenancy.  This could include health issues, family problems or social isolation.

Referrals will normally come from housing staff but tenants can refer themselves directly and are welcome to do so.  The project has two full-time Housing Support Workers.  When a tenant is referred to the service a Housing Support Worker will carry out an assessment.  A housing support plan will then be drawn up which will address any issues that are causing problems or concern.  ASSIST places the tenant at the centre of what they deliver.

For more information please contact the Housing Support Workers (T: 01224 202934 | E:info@assistproject.co.uk)

The service is registered with the Care Inspectorate.  Click on logo for more information.
