Lynda brings over 40 years of expertise as a highly skilled Registered Nurse and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse. Her extensive background spans Occupational Health, Public Health, and Food Hygiene, marked by a proven ability to manage and deliver innovative health services across diverse industries. An entrepreneurial leader, Lynda has successfully created and developed limited companies.

A Trustee Director of iOH (The Association of Occupational Health & Wellbeing Professionals) and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, Lynda is dedicated to enhancing public wellbeing. She provides professional occupational health consultancy, including pro bono support to charities. 

Lynda has joined the Board driven by her admiration for the organisation's style and her commitment to improving Grampian Housing Association householders' experiences through the promotion of quality housing and its positive impact on health.
