Let's Choose

Launched in 2017, Let’s Choose is the brand for Kirkgate’s homes for mid-market (below private sector) and market rent.  Its property portfolio consists of apartments in Aberdeen and houses and apartments in Aberdeenshire and Moray.  Let's Choose properties are  unfurnished with quality white goods, floor coverings and window dressings included.  Car parking is also available.

Targeted at key workers and people on moderate incomes, Let’s Choose provides quality affordable housing for those who have low priority for social housing but cannot afford to buy or rent in the private sector.  

It is an exciting time for Let’s Choose as the brand is gearing up to offer wider services in the future to capture the imagination of house seekers.
