Grampian Housing Association is calling on the Scottish Government to prioritise housing for people with learning disabilities as part of its wider housing strategy.

A new development of 17 affordable homes is set to be delivered in Banchory by Grampian Housing Association and Cala Homes.

The official start of work on the homes at Cala’s Raemoir Park site was marked today in a ceremony attended by the Deputy Provost of Aberdeenshire, Councillor Ron McKail.

As part of Grampian Housing Association’s ongoing programme to improve compliance, transparency, and property safety in line with legislative requirements we are about to commence on a programme of asbestos re inspections across a number of our homes.
