Grampian Housing Receives Good Practice Award
This past week, Grampian Housing were delighted to receive an award for “Good Practice in Involving Tenants to Shape and Improve Services” at the TPAS Scotland 2026 Conference.
GHA’s Engagement Lead Katie was on hand to collect the award.
Katie said “I am delighted to accept this award on behalf of Grampian Housing Association. The Grampian Deal, centring our customers at the heart of everything we do as an organisation, has been instrumental in shaping and improving our services in recent times. This work is testament to the commitment of our tenants and staff and demonstrates our continuous drive to improve. Thank you to everyone who has been part of that journey”.
