Kirkgate Developments (Let’s Choose)

Launched in 2017, Let’s Choose is the brand for Kirkgate’s homes for mid-market (below private sector) and market rent.  Its property portfolio consists of apartments in Aberdeen and houses and apartments in Aberdeenshire and Moray.

TLC Housing Maintenance

Launched in April 2017, TLC Housing Maintenance (TLC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grampian Housing Association.  TLC is installing new kitchens and bathrooms in line with the Association’s aim to improve and maintain standards in tenants’ homes.
