Provides quality affordable homes for social rent in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray.  The Association goes beyond being a traditional landlord.  Tenancy sustainment is promoted through its ASSIST (housing support), SMART (money advice) and Energy Advice projects.  Home ownership initiaitives are available through shared equity buy backs and open market sales.

Provides homes for mid-market (below private sector) and market rent.  Its property portfolio consists of apartments in Aberdeen and houses and apartments in Aberdeenshire and Moray.

Targeted at key workers and people on moderate incomes, Let’s Choose provides quality affordable housing for those who have low priority for social housing but cannot afford to buy or rent in the private sector.

Launched in April 2017, TLC Housing Maintenance (TLC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grampian Housing Association.  TLC is installing new kitchens and bathrooms in line with the Association’s aim to improve and maintain standards in tenants’ homes.

Tenant satisfaction levels are high as TLC is giving the Association more control over customer care, service quality and satisfaction.  Most importantly, TLC is also generating cost savings compared to using external contractors which are being reinvested into providing more improvements to your homes.
