Building New Homes

In terms of the Association's development programme most sites are being developed through two volume procurement initiatives.  Devanha is a partnership of Castlehill, Grampian and Langstane Housing Associations, Aberdeenshire Housing Partnership and Tenants First Housing Co-operative while the partners in the Moray Volume Procurement Initiative comprise Grampian and Langstane Housing Associations and Moray Housing Partnership. By working with other organisations in this way we are able to give better value for money and improve the quality of our new homes.
