Launched in April 2017, TLC Housing Maintenance (TLC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grampian Housing Association.
TLC is installing new kitchens and bathrooms in line with the Association’s aim to improve and maintain standards in tenants’ homes.
Tenant satisfaction levels are high as TLC is giving the Association more control over customer care, service quality and satisfaction. Most importantly, TLC is also generating cost savings compared to using external contractors which are being reinvested into providing more improvements to your homes.
