We are committed to continuing to provide services to our tenants, customers and housing applicants in these challenging times. However, we are taking sensible precautions to protect everyone.

We have limited staff face-to-face contact with tenants, customers and housing applicants to reduce the risk of infection for everyone. Our offices in Aberdeen and Elgin are now closed to the public for the foreseeable future and our repairs service is reduced to responding to emergencies only.  Staff will be available as usual via their mobile numbers and email addresses. Please click here for staff contact details.

You can also contact us through our website to access our services.

When our staff and/or contractors phone to make an appointment they will ask if anyone is unwell with a cough or temperature and schedule the visit taking account of any self-isolating period.

Please tell us if you or any of your household:-

  • are self-isolating;
  • have recently come back from traveling in an affected area.

Your assistance and understanding when asked these questions is most appreciated as we are taking this action to minimise the risk of infection to you and your household.

In the meantime, we’ll continue to monitor the information, advice and guidance from the UK and Scottish Governments and will implement any further recommended changes to our working practices.  Where there is any further change, we will update you via the website and social media.

For more information about what to do if you are concerned about Coronavirus (Covid-19) please see the latest advice at NHS Inform.
