Richard Dodunski

Richard has recently been elected to the Grampian Board of Management but has served as Chair of Kirkgate Developments since December 2013.  He has previously held voluntary roles as Trustee and Secretary of Homestart Kincadine.  Richard has a passion for learning and working with teams.  He is passionate about the provision of affordable homes and providing access for everyone to a safe, stable home environment to enable social mobility.  He is a Chartered Manager, Certified Project Manager working in the oil and gas industry and holds Bachelor degrees in Law, Engineering and Business Management. 

Neil Clapperton

For over six years Neil Clapperton has been Chief Executive of Grampian Housing Association (Kirkgate Development’s parent company). Prior to this he was at Angus Council. Neil’s ambition is to see the Grampian group provide a sustainable housing solution for the North East. He encourages pro-active thinking across the political spectrum on the importance of affordable housing to working families, employers, commerce and public services in support of the economy.

 

Stewart Davidson

Stewart has been involved in the local property scene for over 30 years leading to a detailed knowledge of development and Planning through experience, most notably in his purchase development and sale of Rubislaw Quarry, and he continues to be involved in that project. Stewart is a Burgess of Guild of the city of Aberdeen and a patron of local charities.

 

Stacy Edghill

Stacy is an experienced sales, marketing and business development professional who has worked in the areas of travel, oil and gas, recruitment and media. Commercially astute and a strategic thinker, her particular focus is helping businesses grow with the service or product she is selling. Stacy is well versed in social media for business and a keen networker – two mediums which she credits to helping her build relationships and therefore increase her business as well. 

Stacy’s passion for helping people is not just business related and this is evidenced in her charity work. She sits on the Board and is an adviser for ‘Ditch Debt with Dignity’, a local debt help charity and is often found taking part in challenges to help raise money for them, as well as some other local charities.

 

Gordon Edwards

Gordon joined the Grampian Board in 2010 and served as Chairman for 3 years from September 2013. Gordon is a qualified accountant and a former Director of Resources Management at Aberdeen City Council. Since taking voluntary redundancy in 2009 Gordon has served on a number of Boards and Trusts in the public, private and third sectors. He has also filled several interim management roles and provides business planning and management coaching advice to several third sector organisations.

Graham Morrison

Graham was Grampian’s longest serving Board Member having been on the Board for almost 18 years; during this time he served as Chair of the Association and Convenor of the Audit Committee. Graham stepped down from the Grampian Board in 2015 and was elected to the Kirkgate Board soon thereafter. He recently retired from the Health & Safety Executive where he was employed as a Senior Structural Specialist.
