Pay your occupancy payment and/or other charges
*Please note that we no longer accept any cash payments in our offices.
However, we work with allpay to provide a range of convenient payment methods for Association customers to pay their rent and/or other charges.
If you still want to pay by cash or cheque you can sign up for an allpay card and use it at PayPoint outlets in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. Allpay offers a range of convenient payment options listed below:-
- At your local Post Office or any shop or outlet displaying the “Paypoint” logo. For further details visit www.paypoint.ie/locator. Payments by debit /credit card, cheque or cash can be accepted.
To order your allpay card please email financerents@grampianhousing.co.uk with the following details:-
- your full name (include title - Mr/Mrs/Miss etc);
- your address;
- address of the property where the card should be sent (if different from your address).
Replacement cards can also be ordered via this method.
Please note that to make a payment using allpay you will need an allpay reference card (read on to find out how to order) or 19 digit payment reference number for the App.
Customers with Apple, Windows or Android smartphones can make payments using the allpay App, a secure mobile application available to download free of charge from the Apple App Store, Windows Phone store and Google Play. There is a brief registration process. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For further information visit http://www.allpay.net/allpay-payment-app.
allpay.net offers customers the opportunity to make bill payments via the telephone. Using a secure payment line, the service is designed to accept debit card payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with automatic online authorisation. To use this service please telephone 0844 557 8321.

We also offer callpay, a service where customers can telephone our office and make a secure and easy payment using a debit or credit card. To use this service please telephone 01224 202900.
Alternatively, for a quick and hassle free way to pay your rent and/or other charges, why not consider paying by Direct Debit from your bank account? For further information please contact your Housing Officer.

Having difficulty paying your occupancy charge and/or other charges?
If you are having difficulty paying your occupancy payment and/or other charges or you are in arrears, don’t delay, get in touch with the Sales Team (sharing owners) or your Factoring Officer (owner occupiers). We can agree payment arrangements. If you are having problems managing your money or are having difficulties with Housing Benefit, then staff are available to offer practical advice and assistance.
