How we've helped tenants

Case Study: Mrs C

Mrs C is an elderly disabled tenant.  During her free home energy advice visit, the Energy Adviser noticed that there was a fault with the electricity meter.  This meant that Mrs C had been charged a higher rate for her electricity.  After discussion with the supplier the Energy Adviser arranged to have the meter replaced and the supplier recalculated Mrs C’s bill resulting in her receiving a cheque for £1043.

Solar Panels project

We have installed solar panels on over 400 of our houses in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray.  If you have solar panels installed please read this leaflet to find out how to get the most savings from them.

The Community Energy Challenge is a project to help tenants of Grampian Housing Association reduce their fuel bills and their carbon footprint.
