As part of LIFT (Low-cost Initiative for First-Time Buyers), this scheme allows you to buy an equity share of between 51% and 80% of the property. The remaining equity share will be held by a housing association (no rent is paid on this share). The scheme is funded by the Scottish Government.
Applicants should be first time buyers or have experienced a significant change in circumstances or have specific housing needs. Priority will be given to tenants of councils or housing associations and applicants.
