Reporting Repairs
To report EMERGENCY repairs:-
Aberdeen office area - please telephone 08457 626345.
Elgin office area - you should telephone 01343 552345 between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday. Outwith these times please telephone 08457 626345.
For GAS heating repairs - call Heatcare Oil and Gas on 01343 842042 (TENANTS ONLY).
To report URGENT and ROUTINE repairs online please fully complete and submit the following form.
Response times
We aim to provide a responsive repairs service. Your repair will categorised as follows:-
Emergency repairs, for example temporarily securing a property, significant leaks and loss of power will be attended to and made safe within 8 hours.
Urgent repairs, for example repairs to extractor fans, partial loss of water supply and blocked toilet (where there is no other toilet in the property) will be attended to within 3 working days.
Routine repairs, for example repairs to TV aerial equipment, replacement door handles and repairs to internal doors will be carried out within 15 working days.
Tenant satisfaction
You will receive a Works Order within 3 working days of reporting a repair. Your feedback on how we have dealt with the repair is important to us. Following completion of the repair, please answer the questions on the form, adding any relevant comments, and return it to us as soon as possible.
