Paying Your Rent
Allpay - a convenient payment method for Association customers
Please note that to make payments using these methods you will need an Allpay reference card (read on to find out how to order) so that you can pay at your local Post Office or any shop or outlet displaying the “Paypoint” logo. Only payments by debit card (such as Switch or Solo), cheque or cash can be accepted.
For a safe and secure way to pay your rent and/or other charges Allpay.net now offers its customers the opportunity to make bill payments via the telephone. The service is designed to accept debit card payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with automatic online authorisation. The benefits of this service include:
- User friendly
- A convenient payment option
- A secure payment line
You will be guided through the procedure by a clear voice message. You will be asked to enter the allpay.net card reference number and relevant payment details and the payment is made. You will then be given an authorisation code to keep. If authorisation of the transaction is unsuccessful you will be automatically connected to a customer service representative.
To use this service please telephone 0844 557 8321.
You can also pay your rent and/or other charges via the Internet.

Alternatively, for a quick and hassle-free way to pay your rent and/or other charges, why not consider paying by Direct Debit from your bank account? For further information please contact your Housing Revenue Officer.
