Grampian Housing Association (GHA) owns and manages a wide variety of housing throughout the North East of Scotland in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. At present we have over 2,000 rented properties including some lead tenancies (refurbished and partly furnished accommodation in private ownership let to homeless people by GHA for an initial period of six months). In addition we have over 400 shared ownership (part-rent, part-buy) properties and almost 100 shared equity properties.
